CSE's new website works in realtime, checking room availability and confirming your booking(s) instantaneously.
Below are some of the features you will notice in the new CSE Room Booking system:
|Scroll through the availability of all CSE rooms on a selected date|
|Scroll through the availability of a specific CSE room for a selected date range|
|Use either of the aforementioned availability viewers to quickly make a booking, by clicking on the "S" and "F" icons - this will populate the room booking form with required information such as date, start time, finish time and room, and then all you have to do is add a reason (if you'd like) and click the "Create Booking(s)" button!|
|Add an additional contact to your room booking if you would like them to receive notifications or have access to that particular booking within myCSE|
|Make new room bookings (single or repeated)|
| View and manage all your current room bookings
|Edit existing room bookings|
|Delete room bookings you no longer need|
|Send an email to someone if your booking clashes with theirs, requesting to resolve the clash|
|View all your past archived room bookings|
|View a log of all actions taken on your bookings|
