*Being the first point of contact for retail teams seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
*Performing remote troubleshooting
*Walking retail staff through the problem-solving process
*Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided
*Directing unresolved issues to the next level of support
*Recording incidents, events and solutions

Position Type: Undergraduate-Students : Postgraduate-Students : Alumni


Selection Criteria: *Customer service experience is essential
*Intermediate technical skills
*Must be personable and have excellent written and verbal communication
*High level problem solving ability
*Help desk experience will be highly regarded but not required
